Hi Ken: >>which I think is a great service, by the way --
to pursue a scurrilous business agenda such as did Pluvia by defaming
PLSIA and failing to disclose his true interest to the membership of
Silicon Investor.<<

Never liked this guy Pluvia. I am glad I was solid on my research of this stock otherwise I would have sold!

If you did not read a couple of my posts to Pluvia run a full text search eith the words Pancho and PLSIA and possibly pluvia.

Ragards,

Pancho

Greetings Ken!

Sorry to have stayed off the boards for so long, but I am involved in a project that is taking all of my time right now. I went 100% cash several months ago. Looks like Westergaard hopes to generate some web hits by rehashing the Pluvia vs Westergaard thing. Sounds pretty desperate to me. That reminds me, the SEC investigators that called me about him want some information I have -- I better get it to them before I forget again.

One thing I must admit -- after a quick review of events since I left, it is my opinion PLSIA has significantly increased production of at least one product,,,, Press releases!!!!!

To me it looks like the same old "creaky broken gate" story I have claimed for some time. PLSIA needs a higher stock price and therefore, IMO, hypes their stock to gain millions from the exercise of their warrants. Creak, creak, creak,,, I feel for the people that buy that story.

Meanwhile they claim sales are going great guns for their Dental Drill, but they never seem to make any money, <11 million loss OUCH>, and the previous claims of huge Dental Drill sales <represented by backlog of orders> are now suddenly missing from their enthusiastic press releases,,,, Gee,,,,, I wonder why? Think those sales might just be drying up?

Maybe Pancho can fill us all in on the current backlog of orders for the Dental Drill. Seems he wants to be the resident expert.

While you're at it Pancho, maybe you could help us out and tell us when the stock issued to EyeSys creditors is available to hit the market?

It is amusing to see the rationalizations a person will make because they own a stock -- like how an 11 million dollar loss is "OK", or why they should hold a stock when a very real possibility exists that the EyeSys creditors will sell their stock, rocking the stock price.

Hey, but that's stock stuff and it's time to relax and get ready for the big holiday. Ken, thanks for the note, hope you and everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

Cheers Steve
