I think it is the US patents at issue that people are wondering about and what all goes with the building.
Matter says there has been global interest in the property by numerous high-tech manufacturers, primarily from Europe and Asia. The asking price has not been listed, but Matter says there is no other manufacturing property like it for sale in the U.S. He adds any buyer "will get a good deal," and could start production right away.

Excuse me, I am not obsessed.

I am an American citizen who objects to our land, our buildings being sold to foreign entities who are not a part of America.

Sir , we are at war at this time. Do you really believe that that property should be sold to the Chinese or any other foreign nation. What will be put into the Solyndra complex of 5 football fields.

Certainly there is enough enterprising spirit left in America to decide what to do with a piece of real estate that Obama foolishly backed with government (American's) money.
