Certainly a fire sale gives a buyer an advantage, but we've already been taken to the cleaners and there's not much that can be done about it.

I don't see the connection between the real estate and the patents, in any event. If there is a buyer for the real estate, that does not perforce lead to the conclusion that the patents would be included in the sale.

It is the patents, the building, the business-------none should go to any entity outside of America.
