(I don't mean to knock Gary's work, since I do sincerely believe that ASND will be picked up later this year or early next year by one of these telco equip. makers). Satish, I don't mind a knock at all, tho I know you are not doing so. The objective, here, is to figure out the answer as to what is happening. Frankly, I've had a concern for some time that CPQ might just buy COMS rather than ASND. Remember, I noted COMS had the same insider selling pattern as CPQ and at the same time. Let's hope that, at the least, CPQ is everyone's savior and that it buys BOTH ASND & COMS. Heaven knows, we all need the relief. Gary Korn
