I have not heard that mentioned once as the reason, nor read it in any newspaper.

So, which one is it? I wish I could be sure of that premise. I am from the Upper Midwest.......either they have grown more conservative or I have grown more liberal since moving to the west coast. I was shocked when two friends from Milwaukee said they were voting for Walker.........and not because they were against the recall. These are died in the wool dems or at least they used to be 10 years ago. I can't even talk to them now. Could be but my friends in Milwaukee are voting for Walker because they are against the recall.
