The problem arises when Person A tells Person B that he (Person A) has enough. This becomes the ultimate invasion of privacy and freedom, the foundational precepts of our country.

I don't mind having only what I'm able to earn. I do mind you and tejek telling me I've earned enough and you'll help yourselves to the rest.
