If NASD is at anyones door at this time of night they had better have a law enforcement agency with them. NASD is not a law enforcement agency. It is a business. SEC is an enforcement agency. I get your point though..

It just bothers me when people act like NASD is some type of autority.
They are a business...nothing more or less.

Kinda like saying...SEARS is at your door...or Pinkertons wants to
know!! :)
