I think it depends on how far Nokia is really willing to proceed down the "burning path of Windows only".

Reminds me a bit of the Qualcomm "CDMA or bust" mentality, or conversely Ericsson's "GSM or bust", "Ve vill deny zem zeer reqvest", mentality of the earlier part of the century.

I still have not seen this "advantage" Nokia was going to receive, outside of cash payments, in functionality over other Windows Phone manufactures.

If Nokia had announced that it would adopt multiple platforms including Android, the stock would be significantly higher than today, IMO.

The rumor of the Microsoft announcement moved the stock from $11.75 two days before the official announcement, to $8.84 the trading day after the announcement.

At what point is their "stop loss" within Corporate Governance going to kick in?

Kind of reminds me of when Cortéz burned his ships upon reaching the "New World".

Perhaps as the Sea named after Cortéz in Mexico, they can rename the "Gulf of Finland", the "Sea of Nokia"?

Hmm. I see my stop triggered, so I'm out of AAPL with pizza money. Happens.
