Obama Opposes Ban on Sex-Selective Abortions

A new undercover video released by the pro-life group Live Action shows a Planned Parenthood employee in New York City giving advice to an actress posing as a woman who wants to have an abortion if, and only if, the baby is a girl.

"It looks like it's gonna be another girl.... It's not really what we're looking for right now," the undercover activist tells the Planned Parenthood official.

“I can tell you that here at Planned Parenthood we believe that it’s not up to us to decide what is a good or a bad reason for somebody to decide to terminate a pregnancy,” the Planned Parenthood tells the woman asking for a sex selective abortion.

On Tuesday, Live Action released a video showing another Planned Parenthood official in Texas willing to facilitate a sex-selective abortion without blinking an eye. Although Planned Parenthood says it condemns the practice of sex-selective abortions, a national spokeswoman for Planned Parenthood told the Huffington Post that it is official Planned Parenthood policy to provide elective abortions even if they're being performed because the baby is a girl.
