What's the deal with Kugler acting like the big victim, here? He came in here attacking everyone and everything in sight regarding RMIL, using outrageous tactics to damage the reputation of the company and shareholders. I don't care what he says his motives are, his actions are shameful, and I doubt there's a shareholder here who believes that Kugler didn't influence trading in a damaging way. He says he acted on his own behalf, not on that of the firm he works for. SO WHAT? Who's name is on that license of his? People automatically lend credibility, at least as far as being able to find out information, to someone who is a licensed securities dealer. He took advantage of that, pretending to have all this damaging stuff, and it was mostly hot air. And now that his actions have brought trouble upon himself, he accuses others of harming him. As a shareholder, I'm the one who feels like a victim here. Some of the unverified information presented against RMIL was almost enough to scare ME away; what about those who were less confident? I think it is unrealistic to think that Kugler's rantings did no damage. Kugler, take a good look at what you've done here and really think about how the shareholders of RMIL should be expected to feel about suffering at the hand of what you claim was only your personal vendetta for having your name mentioned in some article. Frankly, I don't even remember what article or what was posted, nor do I care. I'm sure most of the others don't care, either. You can't go around bashing people and expect them to thank you in return. If you truly were here to save everyone, the least you could do is stop insulting them in the process.
