Are you a Costco member? Or is that a Farmer's Market size?

For a Smartphone with a monthly plan that offsets the subsidy, I'd trade off at 24:1. Maybe 22, 21, or 20 if I thought about it. The argument for 24 is when you buy the phone you pay sales tax but no communications taxes which can be two or three at least. So if I saved $20 a month, I'd pay $480 more. Or, if the phone cost $649 rather than $199, I'd have to save $18.75 per month, before taxes (on the purchase and on the monthly).
