To: bargainman/greg; thanks for the responses. In any war, the other side is always "just responding to the provication". Truce time.
The lack of immediate viable oil routes has always,IMO, been a cause for discount. If this field were in Indiana this would have been a done deal. It seems to me that there will be pleanty of routes for the black gold to flow into, given a little time. Will the Russians keep a clamp on the flow through their territory while they watch pipelines being constructed around them. I think not. But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
