The data read doesn't work that way. It's done end of the day. And today it is 38.2. And remember that is but ONE data point. Are we done going down? Are we nearer a bounce. I'd say no to the first and yes to the second. The strength of this bounce will give an indication of where the bottom is. When one looks at the playing field there's a stack that needs to roll LEFT at the 38-42 area. So that supports regardless of the bounce given what sectors are in that stack that stack will ROLL LEFT. Hope it helps.
