The alarming part is that the criminal justice system often has the dangerous elements in custody, but time after time, they are released back into society to hurt and kill innocent people again and again and again. Why are they released? When a man discovers a bad egg in his egg tray, or a bad apple in his fruit bowl, he quickly separates the good from the bad and disposes of the bad. It's not a difficult concept. When a family goes to the mall to shop and a roving gang of thugs is prowling through the mall beating, robbing, and killing innocent patrons and causing general chaos and destruction, the thugs must be apprehended by the criminal justice system and killed. There is absolutely no excuse or justification for their behavior. They have no redeeming qualities or good to offer society.
