he doesn't mention all the level entry jobs , customer service jobs, medical positions like reading xrays ? (perhaps you could add to medical positions) that have all been sent to india and other lower income countries.

we have students graduating that are not finding jobs because the jobs have been resourced to other countries. I was talking to an accounting manager at the y. yesterday and he said a good portion of the level entry in addition to other jobs have been resourced.

How do you build a country, train for future leaders if those initial positions have been down sized.?

I wonder how many jobs in the last decade have been resourced.? These are not jobs that have been eliminated rather they are productive positions for major corporations overseas.

Maybe we need to address bringing back those jobs in order to decrease unemployment for our college graduates. We need to have corporations hiring level entry trade positions once again, if this country is to be productive. Perhaps the only thing holding companies back is a reduction of corporate taxes for these corporations.
