Sounds like quite a little scam. Makes perfect sense bear. Good annalysis! People don't question it till someone gets burned. Maybe now all the all the finger pointing will start. My experience is that people who get burned at the stake like to have company. I would expect as the days progress we will find out that more than just a few isolated coprortate entities are practicing this creative distribution of funding. S&L deja vu maybe? Different names but basically the same game? Heck... why not just bring back junk bonds and oil well tax shelters and do it all over again:-)
