Is it racist for one government LEA to contact the Border Patrol when they stop individuals who cannot speak English? washingtontimes.com Last time I checked, if they weren't born in the US, there was a requirement for immigrants to have a command of the English language before obtaining their citizenship. Sounds like sufficient probable cause to me, and CERTAINLY NOT a violation of their civil rights.. Hawk

A spokesman for Fox News stated that Jackson had "referred to blacks with the N-word" in his comments about Obama; Fox News did not release the entire video or a complete transcript of his comments. Subsequent to his Fox News interview, Jackson apologized and reiterated his support for Obama ya think? LOL! I wonder if he is still paying 4 grand a month for child support for his lack of self control?
