congratulations that is some achievement. i have lately been exposed to students and their difficulties getting into college. These kids are high achievers and know exactly where and what they want.

We hear about failed education and it must be mostly the city public schools. I have attended a few grammar school activities and high school and was taken back by their talents. the work load in school today is much more than anything we went through a generation ago.

I see students active in a few activities yet, keep high grades by studying late into the night. The schools vary from public to private however pretty much the same work load. Of course these are not city schools. I expect the teachers are the best, paid well and are very dedicated. I never hear of a teacher problem in the school system.
