Interesting as I also was mulling a day trade or short term swing in FB. How quickly everyone forgets the sheer might of the FB brand! If they turn up that hype machine at some point it could get real frothy. I've stayed away for now since I cant watch it all day and -what was the number like 20 billion shares- are out there and lastly when the lock up ends could be a run for the gates. There was that up 5% day after being down like 3% a bit ago so it is possible to get nice intraday pop action with a buy the bottom , put in pretty tight stop and hope for froth.

Networking stocks smoking....the shorts must be doing some covering. The % held short in a lot of names is remarkable....CIEN, APKT, FNSR, INFN, ARUN, etc....
