I accept that as fact. So, 6 years of war cost 900 billion dollars. Annualized that is 150 billion dollars.

You are nowhere nearly budget surpluses as you stated. You still need to find over a trillion dollars of cuts. Annually.

Defense has been spending $850 billion per year at least. If we take off $500 billion from Defense and add back in the revenues from the Bush tax cuts, I bet we will be very close to breakeven.
