Loco...Do you think Kenny agrees with President Clinton and Larry Summers that we must extend the Bush tax cuts?

I dunno Joey. This kenny guy is not too lucid and "with it" lately. Sometimes he still thinks George Bush is still president. I think he misses Comrade THUG Paul V.

The tax cuts won't apply to him anyway with Obama, so he might not care or even know about it, unless somebody from Politico or Huff-n-Puff calls him up and tells him.

The White House is sticking by its opposition to an extension of the Bush tax cuts for wealthy Americans despite the increasing number of Democrats voicing support for it, including former President Bill Clinton.

Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters aboard Air Force One on Wednesday that President Obama will not sign an extension.

"He will not. Could I be more clear?" Carney said. "He will not support an extension of the upper-income Bush tax cuts. He could not be more clear."

So if you are wealthy and/or a braindead political hack, there will be no tax cuts for you!

Joe, until the perceived pain, perceived of imaginary, the parties will not come to an agreement. It depends on whether both of the political parties is willing to "play show down poker and willing to take the country over the economic cliff." We may just have to come to a complete Government showdown until the parties come to an agreement. Fear is a tremendous driving force. And, we have the tax cuts expiring in the Fall and a fifty - fifty cuts in the US military and entitlements. Who plays the toughest will win. If their is no agreement then we all lose!!!!! Are our legislators willing to play with the consequences - we shall see in the next 6 months. This is just "power bargaining," people power of the masses vs money power. There are many bargaining books out on the "Psychology of Bargaining."

I hope the two polarized parties for the good of the US come together. But, do not expect anything happening until the final hours of the year. Just keep our "powder dry." There is nothing we can do about the outcome. Relax and keep living to the fullest!!!
