I'm saying revisit the issue from a 2009 perspective.

You want double the stimulus that we actually had. Over 4 years, that has been 5 trillion. Double that is 10 trillion dollars.

No, I am saying that the first year of stimulus should have been bigger. Bush et al screwed up big time. We needed a significant jolt to get us ouf recession. Unfortunately, the week teats that make up the Republican caucus and some Dems were ready to crap their pants.
