Below is an excerpt from Trimble's latest 10Q filinng. The 2 cents per million relationship seems to have played out between Q2 and Q3.

"The Company has a relatively fixed cost structure in the short term which is determined by the business plans and strategies the Company intends to implement in the markets it addresses. This effectively means that increases or decreases in revenues have more than a proportional impact on net income or losses. The
Company estimates that a change in product revenue of $1 million would cause a corresponding change in the Company's earnings per share by 2 to 3 cents".
