I scanned a recent pdf presentation. Why do you consider 13X ebitda cheap ?

The divvy appears that it will have foreign withholding but I did not see if it was free of ROC.

I filled an order at $1.49 this morning. The beautiful thing about low priced stocks is I was able to deploy all but 88 cents of the cash sitting in an IRA. NATDF hits $2 again within a year.
