<<Experience with buccal phentolamine mesylate for impotence>>

Given what was said in the conference call about acheiving rapid increases in blood levels, my thoughts went immediately to buccal administration, still an "oral" treatment. No matter what the carrier compound would be, any oral drug (to be swallowed) taken on a full stomach will experience some delay in absorption and a flattening of the blood level curve, and therefore a loss of efficacy. Any comments?

Does anyone know for sure that Vasomax is NOT a buccal medication?

Does anyone have the details on the "method-of-use" patent pending?
