Proxy Votes: Jim Dickerson, at his own initiative and considerable work, is keeping the confidential list of ZE shareholders' proxy votes. He can be reached at: jamesd9547@aol.com Jim is gathering the list of ZE shareholders (together with number of shares pledged) for use to nominate me (or anyone else interested?) to Zenith's Board of Directors and, in readiness, to initiate actions or to react to future Zenith events affecting our mutual ZE, minority-shareholder interests. We believe that this will send a strong message to both Zenith and LGE that we minority shareholders are standing together to support the sustainable profitability of Zenith and our desire to maintain an independent Zenith with LGE as our strong ally partner.
