Investor's Business Daily accum/dist rank on PTIS is B. A is highest under accumulation. I did notice, however, that PTIS is down to 3 institutions holding shares. Before the October swoon, 4 funds held shares. Hopefully some good earnings numbers will reignite the interest in this stock and drive the price higher.

Investment firm Gruber and Macbain bought over 5% of PTIS outstanding stock during period July-September 1997. Edgar Filing 13D at sec.gov

Bought as high as 9.25.
