Unions are dying... what is it now 11%, 16%, something like that? And going down. Why? Because associations are lobby Congress to pass laws to make it harder to form and maintain unions... the government is sanctioning union busting. Face facts... Workers need a lobbying association. It's the way things are done these days. Otherwise, we continue on the same trajectory. With workers losing a little more power, and a little more share of the pie, year after year after year after year.
