Yeah when he added this to the other tripe he was spouting, I was completely flabbergasted. "since Mars knows atheists don't generally do anything good for anyone, he's enlisting government agencies as being aid from the atheist side. This is the standard liberal attitude, charity is government's job. Justifies their own selfishness." As far as I am concerned he is a complete mental misfit. You cannot discuss anything with people living in the Dark Ages who demonize non-Christians as heretics. A superstitious Cut-and-Paste Ignoramus Rat like him telling upstanding (and outstanding), decent and giving human beings that they "don't do any good for anyone" is just too far over the top!
