There is no reason to believe that ignorant people from several thousand years ago could see into the future than there is to believe that anybody on earth today can see into the future. Of course, I could tell you there will be a huge war and blood will flow and a big bird will land on a fig tree. Once you figure out what I really meant by the bird and the fig tree will you accept my prescience?? Why not??
