NUTK Update of progress. New management took over this fall with solid plans and seasoned staff. Their game plan looks good with net earnings possible in first quarter of 1998. The sale of recent stock by company is paying off debt so Dec/97 year end should show little debt.
The turning point for me on this stock is that the first
informercial is being done by America Media, symbol ENQ on the NY stock exchange. I like big stocks involved with BB's. First
informercial is scheduled for Jan 1998.
As for the oil play, NUTK's vac u lift is getting a face lift so it will pump better. Partnerships are being developed for well
drillings and a positive cash flow should be possible. Cash flow of $.4 million is break even point. NUTK oil revenue is close to that now. (thanks to new quotas set by new management)
All in all, first quarter of 1998 will determine where this stock is
going. Call Richard Oberdorf art 1-888-720-9000 for your DD.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1997--Tridon Enterprises Inc.
(Nasdaq:TEIM)(OTC:TEIM) Wednesday announced that it owns approximately 20 percent of the
issued and outstanding common stock of North American Exploration Corp. ("NAMX").

As released on Nov. 7, 1997, the results from NAMX natural gas flow tests on two wells drilled on
its exclusive 25,000 acre lease in Deuel County, Neb. revealed the following:

Well No. NX97294A: a D Sand test drilled to the depth of 3,200 feet flowed 1.2MMSCF per day
at 660 psi through a 3/8-inch choke for five days. The gas analysis showed 86.57 percent methane
with a trace of water. The Heating value is approximately 1,000 BTU.

Well No. NX97306A: a Niobrara Formation test drilled to the depth of 2,800 feet flowed
880MSCF at 640 psi through a 28/64-inch choke hole, and at the end of the three-day test flowed
520MCF.

Preliminary analysis of the company's data indicates the need for a development program of at least
23 wells on the Niobrara structure, and six wells on the D Sand structure which will begin
immediately.

This news release, other than historical financial information, consists of forward looking statements
that involve risks and uncertainties including planned construction and drilling activities, capital
expenditures and other risks. Actual events or results may differ materially.

Ga Bard

Been lurking. Went through the NRAG thread and noticed that you haven't posted in quite a while. What's your take on this company now? I like the fundamentals for this penny stock. Great opportunities ahead. I looked at the chart and saw that it dropped to about a 0.5 a share about 10 days ago. Is that true? Are you still in this thing? Seems like a great opportunity for this company to grow and actually make money.

Thanks for your thoughts.
