I would think it's a positive for wprt since it expands the market for wprt outfitted
engines. It does far less for clne because the new LNG lanes at TravelCenters of America stations
and Petro Stopping Centers are not clne stations, however the resulting expansion of the number of
LNG trucks on the road should benefit clne, IMO.
