g'morning, Ben, Pancho & all - RAPT has been volatile, and I think options trading will only add to it. Does anyone know Checkpoint was down yesterday (I don't follow it, but I so happen to see it in the information week daily email.)

all - merger news

biz.yahoo.com

it looks like the offer doesn't ve much of a premium, unless AXNT shr price is expected to rebound. Since both boards ve approved the merger, it looks like CPQ has sanctioned the deal (don't see why not, since it will own a larger co after the merger - and shr pr is not its main concern.)

Hopefully, a bidding war may erupt <vbg>
