It seems to me that they adopted something similar to the US TARP, which will give them some time. The problem with Spain is that the world economy is slowing and the issue of Greece election looms large.

It is absurd that the EU can not handle Greece and only wonder of the Greek people are aware of the true reality of their country finances.
