I'm not sure we'll get back to 'normal' times. Perhaps you might consider wider stops.

Although I use the spoos for an indicator for short-term market direction for OEX, I still have to take the dive on trading it. With the VIX routinely over 25 now seems to be the time.

I do disagree that one should watch the cash to predict the futures. In trading classes that I have taken one key element has been that it is the other way around.

Ratan - for stochastics i look at the 1 min. charts on the spx on
my free delayed internet trader. I'm only using it for system
test purposes. Will need RT of course when i get serious.

Some futures Brokers said that the Sp changes direction at the
same time the SPX does. Even though their is the premium
involved with the sp. I don't know?? Do you?
