Not fully, but at least in significant part.


If so, then HP is lying to us. HP has said they are losing computer market share to newer devices like iPads........that's why they are laying off.......they said nothing about the economy in their press release. Its very understandable if you don't have a partisan axe to grind........the developed nations are saturated with computers. The developing nations not so much........but it takes years for developing nations to develop a growing middle class that can afford computers. Tech growth has slowed from the go go days of the 90s for computer manufacturers. It happens. HP is the victim. End of story.
