Dave,

My short-term (3 months from POW report) target for RADAF is 17. 20 is an intermediate (3 to 9 month) target.

And as clarification to a possible bone of contention:

When I refer to a gap it is an open that is higher (or lower) than the previous day's close where the range on the day of the gap does not encompass the price of the previous close. ie (as a gap up example) a stock has a range of 19 3/4 to 20 1/8 and closes at 19 7/8 on Mon. It then opens at 20 1/16 on Tue. while the range on Tue. goes no lower than 19 57/64. This is a gap. If the low stays above 20, it's a gap above 20. If on Wed. the low is 19 7/8 or less, the gap has been closed.
