A sample question which I would ask is in the area of the first amendment regarding Islamic Religion Law. Does the US Constitution prevent Islam from practicing their religion within the US?

when the practice of a religion violates the rights of individuals, it is not protected by the US Constitution.

There are religions in history that have included the practice of sacrificing human lives. Do you believe that the US Constitution should protect those religious practices?

Sharia law is part and parcel to Islam. However, sharia law directly conflicts with the US Constitution on a number of fronts. Do you believe that sharia law should preempt the US Constitution in how adulterers are dealt with? how about rape victims? If it is part of islam and you are saying that the practice of islam is protected by the first amendment, why wouldn't sharia law be applicable in these cases?
