The information on CNBC about market manipulation
of penny stocks makes me feel like e-mailing someone
and asking them to check out what is happenning in this
one. Who and where would you file a complaint about naked
shorting of this stock if you were so inclined to complain??

I can only guess that someone already has filed a greivance somewhere
about this situation (probably Euto themselves) and it has fallen on deaf ears.

Actually, investors that hold more shares at lower prices have more control of the stock price; whereas, investors that hold less shares and a higher price have more at stake.
