Hi Little Joe, it's actually a digitial entry on a computer system. Considering that the average retail consumer can purchase a Terra byte hard drive for less than a $1000.........it may even be down to $500......

and considering that the entire Library of Congress is contained on 6.6 terrabytes of storage, according to a McKinsey Report that came across by desk in the past several months...... so the money does not come out of "thin air" .

Rather it would appear that a couple of the bankers "ponied up " $ 500 dollars to keep track of all those trillions in debt, global swaps..... and other "subtle financial" transactions/engineering.

H.R. 369 coming for a vote in July........ No one in this country really cares, or more likely feels that they can not have any impact on their country........ that's a sad, sad, development.
