RE:"Scott Walker removes collective bargaining for all public employees except teachers, policeman/woman and firefighters."

So the police and fire get to keep the collective bargaining rights along with the teachers. Not fair and just kicks the can down the road. Gov. still picking winners and losers. When does it end?

It's not really Dems vs Pubs. That's just a smokescreen for those getting govie freebies versus those not getting govie freebiees.

For goodness sake, those policemen/women, firefighters risk thier lives to protect out security and lives, and the teachers have been underpaid for so long and deserve decent salary for the future of the country. Compare that to the union of football players and other sports jocks who get $15 to $20 million a year just to throw a pigskin.

Other public employees do not risk their lives. They just sit there doing administrative work, and generally work less than 8 hours/day since they just keep jabbing about how certain jocks should have done to score a touchdown.

On the federal level, those brave soldiers have been underpaid and ignored when they return home with several injuries, lost limbs, or even coming home in a coffin. They should be better compensated than those lazy politicians who are getting fatter and fatter. Just witness Christ Christy, and he is a Republican like I am.

Scott Walker is doing the right thing. Not because he is a Republican, but that is a common sense. Obama did the right thing as well, giving a lukewarm support to the recall.

No. Just firemen and the police. Teachers no longer have collective bargaining rights.

Did I convey my message incorrectly? Probably since I am too lazy to proof read before posting.

Yes, you did.

I like this Scott Walker more and more. He seems a level headed guy.

Level headed? Screwing public employees while lowering taxes for the rich? Using divide and conquer tactics? I hardly call that level headed. To me its partisan politics.......ideology at its worst.

Ted, it seems that you just hate anybody who is a Republican.

Not true. I told you I could get behind Snyder of MI..
