I could do that-lol.

When I was young I was very middle class. A really smart kid moved in next door, Bobby Herr. His parents were fleeing Nazi Germany. He was an accidnet so parents were old. Real Germans and rich in Germany, and highly educated, but now in my middle class neighborhood having lost everything in Germany.

So they had two kids. Richard who was much older and Bobby, and who graduated 5th in his class at Yale law school. But Bobby was smart as hell too and always reading. We competed all the time at games. We even plaayed Jeau jot - two handed bridege?

To jump ahead Bobby ended up as Editor of the law review at Bolt law school. I always liked to spend time with Bobby because I had a lot of questions and he usually knew the anwser.

I remember him explaing the difference between Darwinian evolution and Lamarkain (which I was defending-lol). 14? Good looking, real nice guy, but the girls did not like him.

They liked me, the gambler-lol.

He and I would spend summers together gardening and joining the book club and playing games like Sorry and Parcheese and Monopoly. We would spend an entier day in the library reading Freddy the Pig and the Oz books for book club contests.

Anyway my parents knew nothing and so he was my mentor.

So where is this leading. He did the legal work in the giants deal. Somehow that seems pretty cool-lol.

Although I really don't follow sports much. Except boxing, race horses and track-lol.

Am looking forward to the summer Olymipcs.

<<so, are you going to come and watch the
giants lose to the 49ers at candlestick park
on october 13th?
