Maybe, but the problem with this country is that we don't think long term. So I'm not sure how you solve that problem with one 5-yr term. We need leaders who think in terms of decades, but all we get is leaders who think in terms of 2-3 years at most, then focus on their next election in the last year of their term. It's terrible.
