Scott Mayer. He sold 200,000 shares of the 500,000 given him as collateral for a 150,000 loan. I don't know if the company is counting them or not. That gets us to 2.8 million.

And in a couple more days, all the shares which have been restricted as a result of acquisitions are now off restriction. The company says the locked up shares are the pre-split shares. Well they're not all locked up any more.
