Dear chirodoc: You ask about their competitors. Well of course as to the Y2K product (CD-Rohm) we know of no competitors. As to their base business, my understanding is that presently the factory integrator business is fragmented, consisting of many small local or at best regional operations. TPRO, basic business plan has been to bring Factory intergration to a National Scale. To that end they already have made several acquisitions however, I think at this moment in time they are concentrating more on ramping up for the Y2K work which is building rapidly beyond their wildest dreams only a few short months ago. During the last Conference Call, CEO Jenkins indicated that because of Y2K they were getting access to the highest level of businesses rather than just the local plant. He believes when this is all over TPRO will have a very expanded client base. JDN
