I'm doing the opposite - moving money out of foreign clutches back to base.

My logic is based upon the eventual collapse of the commodity bubble as de-leveraging continues.

And since most commodities are priced in USD, it's the currency that would likely most appreciate during such a commodity retracement.

Again, food and energy may be somewhat insulated from a commodity crash.. people gotta eat.. and they gotta get around.. they just may do less of it..
