And let's not forget that congress, which controls the purse strings, has been Democrat since the 2006 election. Pelosi and Reid had control of the budget two years before Obama took office.

That whole thing should be a Campaign ad for Romney!!! Plus evidently Obama doesn't remember that in June of 2009, HIS government declared the Recession Over! Yes, he had 4 months (Jan thru April 2009) of having the benefit of GWB's budget. After that time, Obama had and has to take ownership of what he has done...... Or in his case, what he has ignored ... Remember when he said: I Won..... Well, he is in Charge of the largest deficit in History, the longest number of years people have been out of work, and now, during his administration, the average household has lost over $40,000 in the last three years! November can't come soon enough!!!!!
