It may be the best of decisions for Obama's chances at re-election. If Obamacare Law is found unconstitutional at least a portion of employers may start hiring. Of course the Obamacare bill isn't the only barrier to employment, but it is a good start.

I doubt that. Healthcare premiums rose as soon as the bill was signed. Thus, many employers got waivers (unions) and many more dropped healthcare.
