At first, I thought you were a UBS client, and they were telling all of their own people to buy before releasing the recommendation to the public. However, there are no buyers this morning, and the stock is drifting downward. Maybe that rating change will be a downgrade? Where did you get your information and how credible is it?

<<UPGRADE COMING........UBS SECURITIES!!!!>> UBS investors have lost untold millions on LIPO thanks in large part to the fanatical bullishness of Marc Ostro. As many probably recall, he left UBS the day that Ventus died. Ken Dart unexplicably hired the man after Ostro convinced him to buy 20% of the company, costing Dart at least $100mm. Now Ostro is at KPMG Peat Marwick. I doubt UBS investors have much taste for LIPO in their portfolios at this point. MIKE
