Thanks dvdw, I'll drop by on occasion. You know who the father of dynamic analysis in economics was? None other than Friederich Von Hayek, in his Theory of Pure Capital. It's a measure of how far off most economic analysis went after the publication of Keynes General Theory that capital theory is not generally taught as a subject in it's own right. And yet, it's everything. If you can understand the quantum nature of capital structure, nothing that occurs in the real world is much of mystery.
